Application:
This machine is suitable for the automatic cover valve work of lead-acid batteries, belt line transmission, CCD vision automatic positioning, automatic cover valve after it is in place, automatic detection and delivery of batteries after completion.
The machine adopts an advanced control concept. After the vision system detects the coordinates of the battery hole, it sends it to the PLC host. The host controls the stroke of each servo and automatically caps the battery.After the cover valve is completed, the vision system will take a picture of the battery to check the effect of the cover valve, and alarm if there is a leak or other conditions.
